We are not attending Wedding Fairs this year. Please

| How is the jewellery made? |
All our jewellery
is designed and made by Jane Webb using traditional
silversmithing techniques, some of which haven't changed
since jewellery first started being made. Our
pieces are made in sterling silver which is soldered,
forged, shaped and polished all by hand. This means you have
an individually commissioned piece even if ordering
from our collections. The jewellery is then
sent to the London Assay Office where it is stamped with Jane's makers
hallmark together with the silver standard, year and assay office
stamp. |
| How long for delivery? |
Please allow from six to eight weeks.
It's a good idea to have your hair accessories for
your hair trial or to try at a dress fitting, so please bear this
in mind when ordering. |
| How much is delivery? |
Delivery is £5.50
to addresses within the UK and we use Royal Mail's Special Delivery
service. For international deliveries we charge up to £12.

| What if my order is urgent? |
If your jewellery
order is genuinely urgent, please

we will let you know if we can help. Depending on the time of
year and our work load we can often help out! |
| What packaging does the
jewellery come in? |
All our jewellery is beautifully packaged
in our own quality boxes printed with our logo. |
| Can I have a stone put in a design? |
Each piece of jewellery is handmade
to order so if you would like us to incorporate any changes
- we can. |
