Delivery
Please note that as all our jewellery is made on an individual commission basis it could take up to 8 weeks for your order to be made. If you require your jewellery urgently please contact us to discuss and we will try to accommodate your requirements.

All orders over £100 to be delivered within the UK will be sent via UK Post Office Special Delivery free of charge. Orders under £100 will incur a postage fee of £5. International orders will have a £12 standard delivery charge added to the invoice.

If paying by cheque the jewellery will only be sent on the cheque clearing.

Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your jewellery purchase. In the unlikely event you are not delighted with your goods please return the jewellery (excluding earrings) within 7 days in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We will make a refund in full (excluding any postage), or you can use the credit towards another piece. We will offer an exchange of goods, for a period of 30 days after purchase. Please understand that we cannot accept jewellery returns after the date of your wedding.

Returns should be posted via Royal Mail special delivery, recorded delivery or another tracking method to Church View, Billingborough, Lincolnshire, NG34 0QG. We are unable to refund postage.

Refunds only apply for jewellery bought via the website; not purchases made in person or pieces which have been made specifically for you, these are non returnable unless faulty.

For legal & hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned.

Customs and Import Duties
Customs and import duties do not apply to any delivery within the UK. You will be responsible for any duties which may be applied in your country.

Privacy
All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Data collected by this site is used for the completion of orders and information is not disclosed to third-parties unless for delivery purposes.

Statutory Rights
None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Service Interruption and Viruses
We make every effort to ensure our website is free of viruses and that access is provided continuously and free of faults. However we cannot guarantee that this website will be free from interruptions or viruses. We will need to conduct maintenance of the website from time to time but will try to keep disruption to a minimum. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to your computer or any of your property as a result of browsing this website.

Product Details
We try to show our jewellery as accurately as possible but the reproduction of colours especially those of gemstones and pearls can depend on your monitor and other factors outside our control.

Payment Details
Payments via our shopping cart are processed by PayPal at the time of ordering. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we will not process the order.

International Orders
Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling, and currency will be converted by your credit or debit card provider at the current rate of exchange. Please note that your card provider may charge a premium or commission for this.
